We believe users should be in control of their data. Pryntd Chat provides the following options:
You may update or delete your account information at any time in Settings → Account.
Deleting your account removes your profile data and associated chat history from our servers.
You can enable or disable push notifications in Settings → Notifications or through your device’s system settings.
You may choose whether to receive event reminders, watch party invites, or community updates.
You can delete individual messages, media, or entire conversations from within the app.
Watch party participation history can be cleared in Settings → Privacy → Clear Activity.
By default, Pryntd Chat collects limited, anonymous analytics to improve app performance.
You may disable analytics in Settings → Privacy → Analytics.
Disabling analytics will not affect your ability to use chat, watch parties, or events.
Camera & Microphone: Required only for video chat and live interactions. You can deny or revoke access at any time in your device settings.
Photos & Media: Optional, only if you choose to share media.
Location (if enabled in future updates): Always optional and will only be used to enhance hybrid event experiences.
Where consent is required (e.g. optional analytics), you may withdraw it at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the core functionality of Pryntd Chat.
