Austin’s convergence culture, rebuilt for East London.

SXSW began in Austin, Texas and evolved into one of the world’s most influential festivals for creativity, technology, music, film, innovation and entrepreneurship.

SXSW London brings that convergence into Shoreditch, turning the neighbourhood into a living laboratory where ideas are tested, partnerships are formed and the future is debated across technology, artificial intelligence, music, film, fashion, gaming, XR, venture capital, startups, creators, policymakers and global brands.

Shared Reality in Ely’s Yard.

Pryntd captured the Ray-Ban Meta experience in Ely’s Yard, showing how a temporary activation can become a persistent immersive environment.

Visitors could physically experience the activation. People anywhere in the world could explore it digitally. Disabled audiences gained greater access. The experience could continue long after the activation ended.

This year we are going further

Pryntd will once again document, capture and transform SXSW London experiences into immersive hybrid environments.

Startup showcases, creative exhibitions, music activations, technology demonstrations, AI showcases, brand experiences, cultural moments, networking spaces and Shoreditch landmarks will not simply be recorded. They will become places people can return to, explore and share.
